A well-established primary school in Norwich is seeking an experienced Primary Literacy Specialist to support and lead literacy development across the school. This role is ideal for a passionate educator dedicated to improving reading and writing outcomes for young learners.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience and expertise in primary literacy teaching
- Ability to develop and deliver targeted literacy interventions
- Strong communication and coaching skills to support staff and pupils
- Commitment to raising attainment and fostering a love of reading and writing
