Teach Ltd is recruiting an experienced and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs at a supportive school in Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that makes a real impact in the classroom every day.
Role Overview:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
- Supporting learning activities, classroom routines, and positive behaviour strategies
- Working closely with teachers and SENCO to meet pupils’ individual needs
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience supporting children with SEN
- A patient, calm, and nurturing approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply)
