Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Immediate Start
Location: Swaffham
Contract: Ongoing, with potential for a long-term or permanent role

Teach is working with a friendly and inclusive mainstream primary school in Swaffham that is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their team full-time, five days a week.

About the Role:

As a key member of the classroom team, you’ll work closely with teachers to support pupils’ learning and development across a range of subjects and activities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting individuals and small groups with their learning
  • Helping to prepare classroom resources and activities
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and pupil engagement
  • Providing support for pupils with additional needs where required
  • Contributing to a warm, welcoming, and safe school environment

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience working with children (school, childcare or similar settings)
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • A DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one via Teach
  • A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed
