About the Role:
You’ll be working closely with students who may face behavioural challenges and require additional emotional and learning support. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to help young people build confidence, resilience, and the tools they need to succeed in and beyond the classroom.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience working with children with SEMH needs or in an SEN setting
A calm, empathetic and positive approach
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
