Your world is our world We’re as passionate as you are
We may not work in the classrooms, but we understand the impact an amazing teacher can have on students. It’s our goal to make those moments of connection – when the entire classroom’s hands shoot up to answer a question, or when a single pupil who’s been struggling to grasp something suddenly gets it – an everyday occurrence. It’s what makes an often challenging job into something worth battling for. And we’re on your side all the way.
What sectors do Teach cover?
We understand how working with Early Learners at KS1 is very different to teaching at all other levels. That’s exactly why we set up our specialist service, Teach Tiny.
The first steps into a more structured environment call for teachers and teaching assistants who can balance learning with sensitive nurturing and the ability to transfer their own enthusiasm into the young minds they’re in charge of.
It’s time to fine tune those minds into the next entrepreneur, business person, athlete, web developer or even teacher. You're vital to helping them reach their destination.
We recognise the important supporting role TAs play in every child's education to help them reach their true potential.
Special Needs (SEND)
Over the last 10 years, we’ve developed an in-depth understanding of the unique challenges and rewards of SEND teaching. Our work is very much child centred.

Talking Teach Find out how our Teachers feel about working with Teach.
With Supply Teaching I spend quality time with the children and make a difference on a daily basis while not being bogged down with meetings and the planning that is involved in full-time teaching.
4 years ago I thought I was turning my back on education and walking away for good. Thanks to Teach I came back in and am loving it every bit a much as when I started 30 years ago.
The reason I chose Supply Teaching was because I wanted the flexibility of that work, life balance..
I gave Teach a call and right from the start they were very welcoming and keen to meet me. I came in for an informal chat we spoke about what I wanted out of the role.
From the day a friend introduced me to Teach I have always found them very helpful and professional and I consider Supply Teaching as a new career for me now.
