Level 3 Nursery Nurse – Cambridge
Full-Time | Immediate Start
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £13.00–£15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract: Ongoing, with potential for permanent placement
Teach is seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join a busy and friendly nursery setting in Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing environment supporting the development and wellbeing of young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering engaging activities to support children’s learning and development
- Observing and assessing children’s progress and sharing feedback with parents/carers
- Leading a key group and supporting the wider nursery team
- Ensuring the nursery environment is safe, welcoming, and compliant with regulations
- Supporting children’s social, emotional, and physical development
- Building strong relationships with children and their families
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent
- Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply via Teach
