A client in the CB24 postcode are seeking to recruit an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to provide management support in their setting. Successful candidates will need to be at least level 3 qualified and have prior experience in senior roles within a nursery. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Providing support to the nursery manager.
• Delivering tailored engaging activities catered to the needs of all learners.
• Supporting children’s learning and development through play.
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care is paramount.
• Observing and assessing children’s progress.
• Following all the policies and procedures of the nursery.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
