Location: Dereham
Contract: Ongoing, with potential for long-term or permanent placement
Teach is working with a supportive secondary school in Dereham seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join their team full-time.
About the Role:
- Deliver engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Support students’ literacy development and exam preparation
- Manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive learning
- Collaborate with department colleagues and wider school staff
- Contribute to curriculum planning and extra-curricular activities
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching English in a secondary school setting
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for English literature and language
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply via Teach
