A vibrant and forward-thinking junior school in Norwich is seeking a qualified Forest School Facilitator to lead their outdoor learning provision starting in September 2025. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, ideal for someone passionate about connecting children with nature and the environment.
About the Role:
As Forest School Facilitator, you’ll deliver engaging, hands-on outdoor sessions that promote confidence, creativity, and wellbeing in a natural setting. You’ll work with pupils across a range of year groups, integrating the forest school ethos into the wider curriculum.
What We’re Looking For:
A recognised Forest School qualification (Level 3 essential)
Experience working with primary-aged children
A creative and nurturing approach to outdoor learning
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain one)
