Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 4:00pm

Teach Tiny is working closely with a lovely nursery in North Walsham who are seeking an experienced and confident Level 5 Early Years Leader to cover a short-term senior role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with leadership experience in Early Years looking to make a meaningful impact in a well-run setting.
The Role:
- Lead daily nursery operations with professionalism and care
- Support and guide staff within the setting
- Ensure the highest standards of EYFS practice are maintained
- Be the key contact for parents and external professionals
- Oversee safeguarding, routines, and planning
Ideal Candidate:
- Level 5 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a leadership or room leader role
- Confident in managing teams and leading with warmth and clarity
- Excellent understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
