Level 5 Nursery Leader Short-Term Cover

North Walsham, Norfolk
Monday to Friday |  8:30am – 4:00pm
Immediate short-term cover | Competitive daily rates

Teach Tiny is working closely with a lovely nursery in North Walsham who are seeking an experienced and confident Level 5 Early Years Leader to cover a short-term senior role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with leadership experience in Early Years looking to make a meaningful impact in a well-run setting.

The Role:

  • Lead daily nursery operations with professionalism and care
  • Support and guide staff within the setting
  • Ensure the highest standards of EYFS practice are maintained
  • Be the key contact for parents and external professionals
  • Oversee safeguarding, routines, and planning

Ideal Candidate:

  • Level 5 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a leadership or room leader role
  • Confident in managing teams and leading with warmth and clarity
  • Excellent understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
