Teach Ltd is working with a forward-thinking high school in South Norfolk to recruit a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Lead to join their team on a full-time basis.

Role Overview:

Location: South Norfolk

Start Date: As soon as possible

Contract: Full-time, temporary with potential for permanent

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting student wellbeing, behaviour, and personal development across the school. We’re looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to safeguarding, and experience working in a pastoral or support role within education.
