Are you a patient, resilient, and passionate individual looking to support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? A specialist school in King’s Lynn is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team in a long-term role.

About the Role:
You’ll be working closely with students who may face behavioural challenges and require additional emotional and learning support. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to help young people build confidence, resilience, and the tools they need to succeed in and beyond the classroom.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience working with children with SEMH needs or in an SEN setting

A calm, empathetic and positive approach

Strong communication and behaviour management skills
