Teach Ltd is looking for a compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Easton. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children with complex additional needs in a nurturing and structured environment.
Role Overview:
You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to deliver personalised support for pupils with a range of special educational needs and disabilities. Your role will include assisting with learning activities, supporting communication and behaviour management, and helping pupils to develop independence and confidence.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a specialist SEN setting or with children with complex needs
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
